Mr. Kulbir Singh
Specialized in Immigration, Criminal, Residential & Commercial Real Estate, Business & Corporate, and Wills & Estate Law.
He was born in a village in the vicinity of Muktsar district, Punjab, India. He graduated from G.C.M. College, Chandigarh, and later went on to get his master's degree at Punjab University, Chandigarh.
To complete the entire courses prescribed by the National Committee on Accreditation, Kulbir attended the University of British Columbia (U.B.C.). He would also intern with a law firm called Team Law Group L.L.P., a boutique practice specializing in criminal law, immigration law, and real estate law.
Kulbir was called to the Bar in Alberta in 2020, and he also received an invitation to practice law in British Columbia in June 2021. Kulbir has prior courtroom experience, having appeared before the British Columbia Supreme Court and Provincial Court. As a regulated Canadian immigration consultant (RCIC), Kulbir has attended Ashton College in Vancouver and received an immigration diploma in 2015. He is now practicing as an immigration lawyer. Immigration Appeal, Investor (Business) Class Category, and Canadian Immigration law gave Kulbir the necessary experience.
